Entry is 18+; bars are 21+. Everyone must present government-issued ID.

Dec 30–31: venue doors and will-call open 5 PM; music runs 6 PM–2 AM.

Look for will-call signs in the Convention Center lobby near the main entrance.

Small clutches/purses: at most 6.5 × 4.5 inches. Larger bags and backpacks, including plush styles, are prohibited.

Empty hydration packs may have at most two main compartments and one smaller compartment.

Refillable water stations are available around the venue.

Ordinary re-entry is prohibited; the venue rules allow designated emergencies only.

Examples: totems, outside food/drinks, weapons, cannabis, gum and professional recording gear. Check the full official list.

GoPros and other video cameras are prohibited.

Fully paid tickets arrive in the AXS app within one week of purchase. Payment-plan tickets arrive after full payment, by Dec 22, 2026.

Coat check is in the lobby.

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas and is prohibited inside the Convention Center.
