Dec 30–31: parking/box office open 5 PM, gates 6 PM; music ends 3 AM.

Single-compartment bags: up to 12 × 12 inches; fanny packs: up to 10 × 9 inches.

Empty aluminum/clear plastic bottles or one factory-sealed single-serving plastic bottle are allowed. Hydration packs need removable transparent bladders, emptied at entry. Free refills onsite.

No re-entry.

Totems must be under 10 feet, with lightweight non-metal poles at most 1 inch thick.

Optional charging is available. Bring your purchase ticket and ID to redeem.

All main stages are indoors in a climate-controlled setting. The stage-layout preview shows Metroplex, Disco Rodeo and The Lone Star at Fair Park.

Parking details are not yet published. Overnight parking, camping and tailgating are prohibited.

Find ADA customer service beside the main box office. Accessible restrooms and viewing platforms are available. Accessible parking requires state-issued documentation; companion cars must arrive together.

Bring unexpired medication with its prescription label and matching photo ID, in an amount appropriate for the event. Request refrigerated storage through the accommodation form.

A personal amount of medically necessary food is allowed with a doctor’s note.
